It all began with an idea.
Smitty’s was started by Betty and Paul Smith in 1988 as Betty came up with the idea to open a small convenience store to give her something to do in her retirement.
The Legacy continues.
Today, the store is operated by their youngest daughter - Nicole Parotti and her husband Craig Parotti.
